For sure Americans aren&#039;t the spenders in this part of the country. I&#039;ve come across many people from Germany, India and China though and I&#039;m pretty sure they&#039;re the ones looking to spend a whole lot for a lot less than what they&#039;re used to. Since the CityCenter deal has Dubai as an investor, I&#039;m sure this is mostly targeted for the wealthy tourists who are, I&#039;m afraid to say, not American.</description>
